By using Shhh…, you agree to these terms. Shhh… is a lightweight service for sending small digital gestures — a candy heart or a bloom — to someone you know.
Your account
You need an account to send. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
Consent to message
When you send to a phone number, you confirm that you have permission to contact that person. You must not send to numbers you do not have consent to reach. Recipients may opt out at any time by replying STOP.
Acceptable use
- Send only to people you genuinely intend to reach.
- Do not use Shhh… to harass, threaten, or impersonate anyone.
- Do not send spam, ads, or commercial offers.
- Do not attempt to access another user's data or circumvent the service's limits.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
Credits & payments
Sending costs credits, which you purchase through Stripe. Credits are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing, with notice, for future purchases.
No guarantee of delivery
We rely on third parties (email providers, mobile carriers, Twilio) to deliver messages. We cannot guarantee that any text or email will arrive, and we are not liable for delivery failures outside our control.
Service availability
Shhh… is provided “as is”. We may change, pause, or discontinue the service at any time. We are not liable for interruptions or data loss beyond what the law requires.
